A true fitness globetrotter, Claudia’s been everywhere—Australia, Indonesia, and beyond—leveling up her training while blending yoga and CrossFit into the ultimate fitness combo. Whether it’s perfecting your pigeon pose or crushing your PR, Claudia’s got your back (and your hamstrings).

CrossFit coach, former basketball player, and overall fitness badass. With over a decade of coaching experience, a degree in Sports Science, and a deep nerdy obsession with performance, Andrea will get you to crush your limits. From the gym to the court, he’s always pushing athletes to be their best. And trust us, his unreasonable coaching style is balanced by his love for a good post-WOD hangout.

Are there options for specific dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)?

Absolutely! We offer full flexibility in customizing your meal plan to suit your dietary needs and preferences. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure your meals are exactly how you like them.

Is there a minimum experience level required for the CrossFit, weightlifting, and yoga sessions?

Not at all! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our expert coaches will provide personalized, challenging targets tailored to your level. This applies to weightlifting, gymnastics, and CrossFit—so expect to be pushed in the best way possible.

What’s the cancellation or refund policy if I can’t attend?

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before the start date.
– 50% refund if canceled up to 14 days before the start date.
– No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.

Will there be professional photos/videos taken?

Yes! A professional photographer will be capturing moments throughout the trip — during workouts, beach sessions, and all the unforgettable experiences in between. So get ready for some epic shots!

Is it possible to extend the stay?

Yes! We offer the option to extend your stay at special discounted rates. If you’d like to enjoy more time by the beach, just reach out, and we’ll help arrange it.
